Work outs that helped me...

when I started my Journey My doctor told me I would have to get moving and fit in workouts that I would be able to put out more calories then I take in, somethings that worked for me is as follows... I am a preschool teacher so going on walks with the children helped during the day. Then at night I would use My Wii system with workout games on it...Then when we went into summer I had gotten a swimming pool so I would swim about 1-2 hours a night. I could never afford the gym it was too much money so I work with what I can do and doesn`t cost much at all.
